Georgetown is a master planned community with many smaller neighborhoods close to Savannah Mall,  Veteran's Parkway, I-16 and I-95. There is shopping within walking distance and the Interstate System is within a 10 minute drive.  Depending on if you live North or South of GA Highway 204 will depend on which public Elementary School the children will be attending (North of Hwy 204 - Southwest Elementary School (K-5) and South of Hwy 204 - Georgetown Elementary School (K-5)) all of the public school children attend Southwest Middle School (6-8) and Windsor Forest High School (9-12). There are different style homes from apartments to larger homes on the water.
