Rincon, GA

Rincon, GA has a hometown feel with its own unique friendly city atmosphere.  This small Georgia city is nestled among oak trees, quiet neighborhoods and some original buildings from her humble beginnings as an 1890’s railroad town is conveniently located a short distance from I-95 giving you easy access to Pooler, Savannah, and Richmond Hill

Because of Rincon’s great location she is one of the fastest growing cities in Georgia!  With a short visit to Rincon you can see that the city has been able to balance preserving and incorporating the small town traditions with the progressive growth of business development and infrastructure.  There has not only been an explosion of businesses in the area but also new residents and homes.  This has brought about a lot of new home construction to go along with the more established neighborhoods.

The homes in Rincon are as varied as the people moving there.  You still have the homes that have been passed down from generation to generation right down the road from new construction neighborhoods for company executives.  Unlike in Savannah or Richmond Hill where there are a few neighborhoods that boast their own golf course there is only one neighborhood in Rincon that has their own and that is Lost Plantation.
